  1. Start our journey to to the Ayung Rafting located in north west of Ubud. The ticket for a rafting white water we can purchase here in counter ticket rafting. The rafting price is 30 Usd per person. Included  on rafting boat rubber rafting,experience instructor guide,life jacket,helmet,pedalling equipment and insurance from rafting company.
  2. Then after rafting we continue to Batur Volcano, where in view point we can having lunch as normally buffet lunch on indonesian food with cost no more then 100.000 idr per person.
  3. Afer lunch in Volcano we continue to visit temen village , the coffee farm and plantation , there is free ticket and free coffee accept the Luwak special coffee cost 50.000 idr per cup if you like to try.
  4. Rice terrace is our next destination after the coffee farm, the ticket here is 10.000 odr per person . Is possible as well to do a trekking here in tegalalang rode terrace.
  5. Ubud spa , choiced by your selves or can go to recommedation spa by tripadvisor at Biyu Kukung spa, normally tarif is 30 Usd for stardard one hour spa and there is also menu you can choice on arrival.
  6. Extra, monkey forest Ubud is an optional visit if you like to visit ubud town . Ticket in monkey forest is 30.000 odr per person .

Seminyak to Sidemen by Seminyak Bali Driver mr.putu martika, yesterday was doing a briliant day trip to sidemen from Seminyak with Mr.Cedric and wife from France, we start our journey to Sidemen at 8,30am leave from seminyak and visiting serveral interesting place along the way to the east.

First place that we visited is Batubulan Village where in Batubulan Village we have visited the Balinese performance dances Barong and Kris Dance where is start at 9.30 am and finished at 10.30 on 1 hour duration, reach there in Batubulan village mr cedric immidiately buy a ticket for two person which os cost him 200.000 idr so is 100.000 idr per person , and he when in to enjoy the dance .  And after the dance , we continue to visit the Batuan Temple the oldest temple in s9uth of Ubud, where here we just pay a little bit of donatoin and the staff in the temple provided us a sarong as balinese costume to ware to visit inside the temple to borrow wearing there.

After Batuan Temple , we going to next destination is Sukawati Art Market. Here mr.cedric visited the real local art market and get some souvenir in the market as a present from Bali. We try to looking for coffee luwak but we can’t find it in the market, there is the fake one and taste no good, so we prepare to get it in Ubud forest coffee.

After sukawati art market , we continue to Ubud coffee farms, where here we can see the real animal produce of luwak coffee, and we have an try the real coffee by enjoying served on a cup of luwak coffee where is cost us 50.000 idr where we have been try to get one in street coffee shop which cost us double, and other trial coffee in coffe farm we get it for free serve on the table. Finished coffee, we continue to pay our bill of luwak coffee in the chasier and mr cedric get some coffee for souvenir and his morning coffee luwak at home. Was interesting every time i come to coffee farms, always the garden look defferent then last visit.

Afer coffee farm we continue to visit the water fall tegenungan , located in Blahbatuh south east of ubud. The ticket here only 10.000 odr per person then we can enjoy the view of beauty panorama water fall in tegenungan Village. After the water fall, we go to drive to small restaurant in south Ubud to have a lunch, we get in to teba sari restaurant where in this small restaurant we have a typical food of Ubud Bebek Krispi or Crispy Duck.  And after here we heading to east of Bali, drive pass true Gianyar city and then 1 hour drive we reach to Klungkung.

In the middle of Klungkung city, our destination is Kerta Gosa where is located side the market of Klungkung and there is ticket here to get in to palace of klungkung city where is 12.000 idr per person . We can see the old historical building and museum of Klungkung Dinasty. Satisfied with the Kertagosa we heading to visit the Klungkung traditional Market and have alook on Balinese traditonal clothing and also sarong for the temple is available here.

Then in the late evening , we have to continue our route to Sidemen and within 30 minutes east north  from klungkung we arrive in T-Juntion of Sidemen , then drive pass true the beauty full of rice terrace and the shocking thing is the brige where is in just 100 meter from the hotel is broken down and we have to stop there and call the staff of the hotel. In 5 minutes  the Tepi kali Hotel  staff was coming on walking pass true the river , may you can have a look closer the pictire number one, and staff hotel explain us that we have to walk getting there and pass the rivee . May it think twice mr cedric cancel his stay there and till we turn back the car and look for other place, we found a hotel call Pondok wisata Lihat Sawah, it has swiming polls but price around 750.000 idr uncluded breakfast for one room . It beautiful small hotel on rice field i can recommended, staff friendly and honest giving us information about all activities available here in the sidemen village.

After Tanjung Benoa and satisfied with water sport, we continue our trip to karma Beach, in karma beach we having lunch and visit the masuka temple, if you hear Pura Masuka here is it , just side up of karma beach right up to the cliff and the ticket in to Karma Beach is 150.000 idr and optional 200.000 odr for lunch buffet that is price we pay per person,”iam not paying because iam driver guide ” and we spend 1 hour time here in exotic beach of Karma Beach with having beautiful lunch.

After Karma Beach we drive to padang-padang beach well located Labuan sait south Bali  in 30 minutes drive from Karma Beach, in Padang Padang Beach every one was enjoying swiming and and having sun bathing on the beach white sandy, seat relaxing and listen sound of the wave is purely natural of wave in padang padang beach.

Time show up at 17:12pm we finished our visit in Padang padang beach , then continue to Uluwatu temple where located in 10 kinutes drive from padang padang, reach there we have to pay a parking 2000 idr for the car and 20.000 idr for the ticket in to enter the holy area of Uluwatu Temple. Here we also wacthing the Kecak and fire dance which is cost us ticket 100.000 odr per person . The dance it start at 6 pm with duration 1 hour and finish at 7 pm with combaining sunset view with view temple on high cliff Uluwatu temple present us awesome time and my advice in stage kecak dance to get highest seat so that is the best point to see all sunset and betwen kecak dance.

After the Uluwatu temple , we continue our trip to Jimbaran bay within 40 minutes drive included traffic we reach at resturant corner , where is so beautiful candle light dinner settup on the beach, white sandy with candle light welcome us in jimbaran, we have alook on hundred restaurant along the beach then finally we visit and have a dinner in Geeko Bos Seafood grill restaurant. Price in the most of jimbaran bay restaurant is accounting per kilo thats deppending of fish what you prepare to have , when we are there we was 7 person me and 6 of my customers we where choice a package menu wich is affordable for us. View minutes waiting, food is coming and we start the dinner. The is a group accoustic musical coming that try to play some romantic music for us, it was really good time in Jimbaran Bay.

Then after dinner we continue to drive to airport , where is the flight to go back to Hongkong at 11.05pm by Hongkong Airlines, we where there right in time for check in 2 hours before flight. Over all our trip was super good and i hope next holiday we dan meet again in Bali.

Continue to Kecak and fire dance ,After walking and visiting the temple , we can see the most popular spectac show in Uluwatu temple stage area as the Kecak and fire Dance , show as motion story of Ramayana and a bit of story i can explain by Hanoman the white monkey will get back Dewi sita the wife of Rama from the stoler bad character of Rahwana.   5. Here is the detail i can explain you now . Most of people know about two kinds of calendar system : 1. Solar system Calendar and the 2. Lunar system calendar. The solar system mostly used internationally, is based on how many days the Earth rotates around the sun . So one year has an average 365 days. The lunar system is used in some asian countries, is based on the time taken by the moon to rotatearound the Earth; which is 29 days +12 hours + 44 minutes so that equation times 12 equals 1 year for the lunar system.

Where Bali uses yet another calendar system. Bali uses the Wuku system based on the week. There are 30 weeks in one cycle ( Balinese Oton ) two oton is one year. So one Oton is mean 210 days so one year in Balinese Calendar system is mean 420 days.

The Balinese calendar system is used mainly for religious purposes such as : to know the auspicious days for farmingand raising animals,starting a bussines,determining the date temple ceremonies,and making a birthsday ceremonies ( Otonan) and other ceremony as Hindu in Bali.

And what is the ceremony call in the temple and how long is beaing the ceremony from the begin till it finish the ceremony. Its eassy to find a temple ceremony if you interest to see it or even joined where is ussually local Balinesse people in the village willing to welcome a visitor to join and help the ritual of course, the ceremony in the Temple we can see or find it on every village in Bali island and the ceremony it self is called ODALAN , the Odalan is a celebration of the first day when the Temple was built. Some Odalan is on shorten period, lasting from 1 to 3 days celebration only, while others can last for up to a month. After the main religius ritual is finished , odalan become more social occasion, with dance,music balinesse intrument what we called Gambelan,drama of Bali,comedy,and shadow puppet plays.

When is odalan ? Since Bali has its calendar system for religious purposes, wich cycle 210 days and each temple celebrates their odalan or ceremony  Every 210 days, its no wonder that is possible for one to see an odalan ceremony of hindu temple in Bali on every day . My vehicle has Branded by Toyota Kijang LGX , is builded in Jakarta under licensed Toyota Japan, my car has special licensed for driving tourist and it has insured by Jasa Raharja as official road insurance by goverment of Indonesia. My car has 1800 cc power  so is good and strong for any kind of road trip.
