Begin the tour early morning and hit the road at 08 : 15 Am from lobby hotel W Seminyak. We drive and leave seminyak to Ubud on our planed day trip from Seminyak to ubud. On this tour we have visited the most interesting attraction to see in Ubud such as Batubulan Village on Barong and Kris Dance, Toh Pati Batik Village, Celuk village the amazing art village of silver maker, Mas Village the greatest sculpture wood carving, Tegenungan Waterfall located in Kemenuh village, Goa Gajah temple as the relief temple ornamented with elephant carving on the face of the cave, Terrace swing river side and coffee plantation well located on Tegalalang Village and also we have enjoy the beautiful lunch at Warung Malen  local restaurant, continue our trip on the last destination at Monkey Forest Ubud. And this is list what we have visited on our day tour to ubud , we have attached all entrance fee as well for your advice.

Batubulan Village : Barong and Kris dance, the Balinese performance that performed in the morning in Batubulan Village, a Balinese Metological of spirit power, where Barong the lion character has a Good spirit and Rangda the rival has a Bad spirit. Where they have fight on performance story, as related to the direction for human mind fight to the bad character of life. Ending with Balinese weapon as a kris dance, where is the dancer adopted story of  human character willing to try to remove the bad spirit on the mind by hit the kris as Balinese weapon to the body. And on this case the soul of spirit will showing us that no one able to remove bad or good spirit on every single life. The Barong and Kris performance is start at 09 : 30 Am and finish at 10 : 30 Am . The ticket to enjoy the amazing performance is 100.000 idr per person and can be purchase at the front desk of information center of Barong and Kris dance.

Toh Pati Batik Village : Continue our trip to visit the central of Balinese Batik and textile, on the visiting time at Toh Pati Village we will present of demo how 9the Balinese Batik process making from the single line become a page cotton of Batik. Seeing the drawing process with high quality traditional ink and talented artist drawing on expert it presented on our visit at Toh Pati village. And visiting toh pati education batik center is free of entrance fee.

Celuk Village : A central of silver art in Ubud, on our visit we have learn much about the process how the silver was made, at this village we can see the artist making the new design of Balinese jewellery made on silver. What we got informed the material been of silver is coming from Kalimantan and fully process in Bali to become special silver wear for Balinese jewellery wear combined with Balinese costume as it use for going to celebration or ceremony in Bali. And visiting celuk village is free of entrance fee.

Tegenungan Waterfall : We also visiting the waterfall on our day tour to Ubud, the amazing ubud tegenungan waterfall is presented a breatthaking view panorama, as surounding by green scenery make the waterfall become the top and worth to visit on our day trip from seminyak to ubud. The visitor in the waterfall tegenungan able to visit the river side and enclose to waterfall by passing the road stare with little hiking up on well maintenance road step. And the ticket visiting Tegenungan waterfall are 15.000 IDR per person.

Warung Dewa Malen : We having lunch here, the warung is located beside the rice field it bring us more deep to the village of Ubud. Settle the menu to try amazing crispy duck and nasi campur as Ubud food typical culinary, give us real Ubud padi field ambiance. The food menu in Warung Malen has low price as it start from 40.000 idr to 100.000 idr for a alacharte menu. Fresh whole coconut also available to enjoy at Warung Malen Ubud.

Mas Sculpture wood carving : on this day trip to ubud we also when to Mas Village to see the amazing of artistan wood carving, making a detail on wood work as expression of art on wood media. High imagination artist created wonderful of art wood in Mas Village located in the east of Ubud. The material wood they have used as Eboni wood, Mahagoni wood and suar wood. And visit the mas village is free of entrance fee.

Goa Gajah Temple : The amazing temple ornamented with relief of elephant on front gate of the cave. The holy spring water is present in the middle side of the goa gajah temple as local Hindu follower use for blessing to get rid from the bad spirit on blessing by the holy water. A beautiful backyard with amazing panorama of relief founded underneath of the forest side. A lotus fish pond is present how is great balance between nature and God. Visiting Goa Gajah temple there is ticket 15.000 idr per person.

In order sarong are provided after we purchased the ticket entrance fee. Mostly visit the temple,  there is so many shop attendant will try to offer the sarong to rent or buy from their shop, but most of the temple has provide the sarong to visit the holy area as visitor respect to holy place.

Rice terrace swing river side : A friendly farmer welcoming our amazing time at the Alas Arum Coffee plantation, it’s not just a coffee plantation, on the back side also there is an amazing view of rice terrace which is top green at the moment, the farmer has showing us and explain us perfectly about the process of coffee bean from the three become a smooth powder ready to serve on a cup of coffee and visitor also will be served a free coffee trial on the top great view of coffee plantation,  An amazing luwak coffee also can be found at Alas arum coffee plantation, also the amazing experience we have try, as new Swing above the terrace river side. Feel some new experience in Ubud with the amazing swing. And visiting the rice terrace and coffee plantation is free of entrance fee and if you like to try the amazing swing, there is ticket 150.000 IDR per person for about 30 minutes swing activity.

Monkey forest Ubud : Is a real monkey sanctuary  park in the heart of Ubud city center, the tropical monkey is splited by 4 group of tropical monkey, on our visit we also able to visit surrounding Siwa temple as local called Pura Dalem Padang Tegal. And also really nice walk on the bridge side of Ubud champuhan river along the side of Monkey forest. And over all visiting monkey forest was super fun experience with seeing monkey funny activities and the ticket visiting the monkey forest Ubud are 50.000 IDR per person.

Above the day trip to ubud we need 10 hours time to make visiting all those place’s listed, and after the monkey forest visit, we heading back to Seminyak.

That was our great visiting time on day trip to ubud ,as begin the tour at 08 : 15 Am and finish back to W seminyak about 18 : 00 Pm .
